So I have placed my order- what happens now?
Once you have placed your order for all your sparkling goodies you will receive a notification to your inbox. Please make sure these details are up to date, otherwise you may miss out on this super important info!
We also receive a notification at DD HQ and from there we get to print, pick and package up your gorgeous bling! No orders are ever missed or forgotten about!
Please be mindful that all orders placed are FINAL and once placed cannot be cancelled or refunded- this includes use of codes or discounts that may have been forgotten by the purchaser
How are my Dented Diva goodies sent?
Here at Dented Diva we only use Australia post- we love supporting Aussie business! Remember- if you spend over $120- you will get a FREE set of earrings included in your order- chosen by us!
We offer only regular postage at the flat rate of $9 for all domestic orders. WE NO LONGER OFFER EXPRESS POST DUE TO AUS POST INCREASE IN PRICING AND SLOWER DELIVERY TIMES
All of your gorgeous bits of Dented Diva bling are sent via Australia Post (within Australia). Once you have reached checkout, you will be given the option of choosing either Regular Postage ($10) or International Shipping rates- which will vary upon destination. The price for postage includes the packaging of your beautiful Dented Diva earrings in our special post boxes which will be sure to bring you some sparkling joy when they arrive :)
During non- peak season, please allow 5-7 working days for your earrings to be boxed to perfection. However, during Christmas and Easter windows- your goodies may take a little longer. Please keep in mind we are a small family business, and we do our best to get your sparkles out the door ASAP.

Unfortunately, Dented Diva will not be held responsible for any lost items, once handed over to Australia Post. It is your responsibility to check the tracking information on your Dented Diva bling over at the Australia Post website. If you have any questions in regard to the tracking of your parcel, please call Australia Post on 1800 101 318 or contact me via Instagram/email where I can lend a helping hand :)
Please keep in mind once your bling leaves our hands, we are no longer responsible for the parcel. Australia post times will vary during the year but usually express will be overnight/next day and regular postage 3- 5 working days, possibly 7 for remote areas.
Sometimes, Australia Post will lose your Dented Diva bling. Yes, this happens! BUT, when it does, all you need to do is lodge a complaint using your tracking number online at the Australia Post website. Please also inform us here at Dented Diva as a complaint will be generated this end too. Never fear as 9/10 parcels reappear and ready to be worn in all their glory!
When can I expect to see my bling arriving?
Please allow 5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for your order to be processed, packed and posted. Please keep in mind we are a small family run business and life is busy for us too. This will extend to 7-10 days during peak season.
We will not be held responsible for the time it takes Australia Post to deliver your package (2-20 days as per the Australia Post website via the standard service- regional areas may be longer). Also keep in mind that Express Postage DOES NOT speed up the processing/handling time. This is purely the service that is offered by Australia Post in regard to the actual postage of your item.
Again, keep an eye on the tracking information that is sent via email. This tracking number will allow you to see the delivery of your parcel. By fulfilling an order with Dented Diva you have acknowledged this information and have made a purchase based on the postage information given.
Depending on which country you are placing your order, yes, we ship all over the globe, your postage fee will vary. This will be calculated on checkout for you.

Our Returns and Exchanges Policy- Earrings/Dresses
Change Of Mind
Dented Diva does not accept refunds or exchanges or cancellations of orders on any product for change of mind purchases or for incorrect choices due to failure to read detailed product descriptions. We provide detailed information needed to make an informed decision as to whether the product being sold is suited to your needs.
Please note, it is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure that the correct colour /size/length combination is chosen, within each product listing. We WILL NOT be held responsible for incorrect choices due to sizing/weight of earrings and or clothing on arrival or after ordering should the item be on pre-order.
Returns and Product Warranty
Please note items that earrings that have been worn cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. This includes any items that may have broken after numerous wears as the wearing of the earrings and care simply become the responsibility of the owner. Items removed from our plastic packaging are considered as worn.
Dented diva offers a store credit/ voucher on any dress returns and this can be spent on earrings or clothing and the credit is valid for 3 years. We do not offer refunds unless there is a fault with the item and this must be identified to us within 48 hours of delivery.
Dresses MUST be returned and received within 14 days of purchase and the buyer (you) is responsible for postage expense and tracking to ensure it arrives safely to us.

Damage In Transit
If earrings are believed to have been damaged in transit- Dented Diva does not hold any responsibility as great care is taken to package your bling carefully with tissue paper, secure earring backs and plastic sleeves. A claim will be required to be submitted to Australia Post by yourself and by us after notification.
If by chance you happen to be missing an item, please advise us within 24hrs- if contacted outside this time frame no compensation can be made due to high turnover of stock
Have An Issue with Your Order?
Sometimes products can get missed in the packing process or you may be sent the wrong item- yes, we are human! (We package over 500 orders per month from our warehouse at home)- if you open your package and notice items missing or items incorrect- you MUST contact us within 24hrs. Failure to do so will result in you not being able to receive these items or a refund
