How are my Dented Diva goodies sent?
Via camel? Horse and cart? LOL- Of course not!
All of your gorgeous bits of Dented Diva bling are sent via Australia Post (within Australia). Once you have reached checkout, you will be given the option of choosing either Standard Postage ($8.00), Express Postage ($10.00), or International Shipping rates- which will vary upon destination. If you are local and reside in the given postcodes for FREE delivery- please choose this ONLY if you are local. The price for postage includes the packaging of your beautiful Dented Diva earrings in our special post boxes which will be sure to bring you some sparkling joy when they arrive :)
During non- peak season, please allow 3-5 working days for your earrings to be boxed to perfection. However, during Christmas and Easter windows- your goodies may take a little longer. Please keep in mind we are a small business.
Okay- so you have boxed my sparkling goodies- now what?!
Once your order has been added to our system you will receive an email us stating we have lodged your order. Once your goodies get scanned in at the local post office, you will receive a confirmation email, which will include your valuable tracking information (Australian customers only). Also make sure these emails do not end up in your JUNK folder
Please ensure your contact details, including your email It is correct and up to date. Unfortunately, Dented Diva will not be held responsible for any lost items, once handed over to Australia Post. It is your responsibility to check the tracking information on your Dented Diva bling over at the Australia Post website. If you have any questions in regard to the tracking of your parcel, please call Australia Post on 1800 101 318 or contact me via Instagram/email where I can lend a helping hand :)
Ummm hello? Where is my parcel?
Sometimes, Australia Post will lose your Dented Diva bling. Yes, this happens! BUT, when it does, all you need to do is lodge a complaint using your tracking number online at the Australia Post website. Please also inform us here at Dented Diva as a complaint will be generated this end too. Never fear as 9/10 parcels reappear and ready to be worn in all their glory!
When can I expect to see my bling arriving?
Please allow 3-5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for your order to be processed, packed and posted. Please keep in mind we are a small family run business and life is busy for us too. We will not be held responsible for the time it takes Australia Post to deliver your package (2-20 days as per the Australia Post website via the standard service- regional areas may be longer). Also keep in mind that if you choose the Express Postage option, this DOES NOT speed up the processing/handling time. This is purely the service that is offered by Australia Post in regard to the actual postage of your item. Again, keep an eye on the tracking information that is sent via email. This tracking number will allow you to see the delivery of your parcel. By fulfilling an order with Dented Diva you have acknowledge this information and have made a purchase based on the postage information given.

If you are anything like me, you want your earrings to last a lifetime!
Please treat your Dented Diva earrings with extreme care and remember that your earrings are breakable! If they are dropped or stored incorrectly, your earrings may break or become damaged in some way. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your earrings in this case.
To keep your bling in its pristine Dented Diva condition please follow these simple helpful tips:
- Please store your Dented Diva in a clean, dry environment, preferably in separate boxes. (Bunnings have great fishing tackle boxes that work wonders!)
- Standard nato from any jewellery company- limit any contact with your cosmetics, perfumes, hairspray and moisturisers as this may cause damage to your Dented Diva earrings. HANDY HINT- I always place my earrings on last and take them off first!
- Remove all accessories before contacting water. Your Dented Diva earrings do not like to get wet! Trust me- I have tried this! Especially in salt water or chlorine
- Please treat your Dented Diva earrings with kindness and clean them with a jewellery polishing cloth or simply wipe them over with a baby wipe to remove any make-up!
- Keep your DD bling away from abrasive surfaces
Wallah! Happy Dented Diva earrings for decades!
Please also note we use surgical steel hoops and ear posts only! As a result our customers seldom experience a reaction.
Returns & Exchange Policy
Unfortunately, Dented Diva does not accept refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases or for incorrect choices due to failure to read detailed product descriptions. We provide information needed to make an informed decision as to whether the product being sold is suited to your needs. We cannot stress this enough!
Please note, it is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure that the correct colour/size/length combination is chosen, within each product listing. We WILL NOT be held responsible for incorrect choices.

Upon checkout, you are required to accept all information associated with making a sale at Dented Diva. It is YOUR decision as a customer to fulfil an order with Dented Diva.
I have paid with AFTERPAY and need a refund- what now?
The return policy stays exactly the same. If it is for a refund, once we process the return, Afterpay will cancel the amount off the end of your payments/refund you credit card, depending what you have paid to date.
Returns- As per the Australian returns policy.
